Phase One – Consulting Phase – our search consultants will conduct thorough interviews with you to fully understand your needs and what makes your search unique. We want to understand not just your specific needs, but your corporate culture and what and who may attract ‘the right’ talent. We then research the market to determine target corporations and candidates within such companies from which to actively recruit. We predominantly utilize direct recruiting sources (a.k.a. The telephone), but also attend a variety of networking events as well as receive many referrals. We act quickly during the initial stages of our search as your sense of urgency, becomes our sense of urgency. Phase Two – Attracting Top Talent – One of ASG’s main goals is to find prospective candidates in related positions who would interest you, our client, and attract candidates with a positive career advancing move benefiting them in the long run. We actively seek out passive candidates who may not even be looking, but who make exceptional candidates. It is important for our search professionals to understand our candidate’s inside and out, their personal and professional goals, and how your company can help meet those goals. |
