Our Direct Hire Process is thorough: Client Perspective - We take your requisition in detail in a consultative manner to thoroughly understand your needs, why the opening exists, compensation ranges, obtain detailed descriptions, and share with our team. We then search our database, our network, and commence the active search process. Once we have identified the ‘right’ candidate(s), we will send along with a brief overview of qualifications. We guide our clients (and candidates) through the interview process and are involved every step of the way from submittal through assisting the negotiations and with our candidates as well as the how to’s of resigning, turning down counter offers, etc. Our services do not stop with day one on the job however. In addition to our guarantee, we stay in great contact with both our clients and placed candidates for months and even years to come. |
